About Richa Khetan

Richa Khetan is a passionate and experienced teacher who has been teaching children aged 5 to 22, in the past 6 years.

Her schooling till grade 7 was from St. Joans School, Kolkata and grade 8 till 12 from Modi Institute, Rajasthan. She graduated as a BSC Student from J. D. Birla College, Kolkata.

Richa was an active sportsperson throughout her schooling and graduation life where she won meritorious awards like State Level Basketball, District level Karate and Taekwondo, NCC A- Certificate and Gold Medal in Olympiads for GK and Science, and many competitions and contests like Horse racing, Dandiya, Rangoli making, Pot painting, Canvas painting and Alpana art. Her dream of becoming a doctor drove her to opt for a BSC course in her college.

After her successful graduation, due to marriage, she could not continue to pursue her dream or with further education. Her health started depleting gradually but she fought back and began with her teaching career in 2019.

Out of her great passion for Art and Creativity since childhood, Richa started teaching students Handwriting, Calligraphy and Art at her own house. As a beginner she taught limited fonts in Cursive, Print Style and Calligraphy, enhancing her teaching skills progressively and introducing various designer fonts in her teaching course. Today she can teach more than 30 designer fonts each in Cursive, Print Style, Calligraphy as well as Hindi.

In the initial stages of the Covid-19 Pandemic she had to switch to a virtual mode of teaching. Providing Handwriting and Art classes online was tough at the start but with further progress she started excelling in the skill as well. Richa made a stand as the best handwriting teacher on URBANPRO App throughout Kolkata and taught children from various cities in India like Thane, Pune, Nashik, Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Madurai, Bhopal, Bhuvneshwar, Ranchi, Nagpur, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Manipur, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Asansol and many more. Richa did not stop at that and taught children from various other places like Cananda, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nigeria, California and New York city.

Being an Art Enthusiast, Richa is not only a passionate painter but also excels in other art forms like Tanjore, Clay painting and Modelling, Glass Painting, Sand painting, Alpana, and craft making like Dreamcatchers, Basic and designer wall art and much more. She also keeps keen interest in cooking, Dance and Music. Her love for reading helps her imaginative skills to enlighten through time. Richa is also a persistent donor who believes in charity and uses a part of her earnings for teaching underprivileged children and providing them with proper educational facilities of schooling and college.

In 2025, Richa started off with her own coaching institute at Kolkata named Classic Creator, where she and her team of teachers provide various classes to children from age 3+ onwards. These include Handwriting, Calligraphy and basic as well as specialized courses of Art and Craft. Her accomplishments have brought her to this height and even after going through all the highs and lows of her journey, Richa has emerged as a successful teacher who is consistently growing and aims to go higher and teach as many students as she can throughout her career.
